Safelite Appoints Steve Miggo as Senior Vice President

Safelite AutoGlass of Columbus, Ohio, has appointed Steve Miggo as senior vice president of operations and human resources, overseeing service delivery, retail operations, contact centers and field sales, according to a company release. He also will maintain his role leading human resources (HR).Miggo first joined Safelite in 2008 as a senior vice president of human resources and leadership development. He implemented an integrated talent management platform and is the architect of the company’s “people first” strategy.Miggo has experience in operations and management. His experience includes various operational and human resources capacities for Plaskolite Inc. and Sumitomo Electric Co.
