The city of Mesa is partnering with SolFocus Inc. to build a concentrated solar power array with federal stimulus money.
Mesa is looking at a $558,180 solar array to be built with funds from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act that would go at its Central Arizona Project Water Treatment Plant near Red Mountain Park, according to a Sept. 11 Phoenix Business Journal report.
