Yesterday marked the opening of Vitrum 2013, the leading international glass show taking place in the Rho Milan Fairgrounds, October 23 through 26.
Attendance data on the 1st day
Italian visitors: 1.242
Overseas visitors: 2.125
Total visitors: 3.367
A 3.16% increase in total attendance was reported compared to the 2011 show, with overseas visitors up by 6.30%.
The first Vitrum day also saw the inauguration of a unique exhibit dedicated to the iconic Alfa Romeo cars. On display 9 cars, among which, the 4C, the latest brainchild by the acclaimed Italian car maker, displayed for the first time in a show dedicated to glass processing technology. The Alfa Romeo's genius will grab visitors' attention in a thematic journey staged in three distinct areas in Pavillons 13, 22 and 24.
