GPD 2011 Invitation

We are pleased to announce that DIP-Tech is hosting a workshop, "Customizing Decorative Glass Façades: From Design to Implimentation - Using Digital Printing with Ceramic Ink Technology" at GPD Finland 2011, featuring our very own Yariv Ninyo, VP of Marketing.The workshop will be held on Friday, June 17, 2011, from 09:00-13:00.Yariv will provide a brief historical overview of digital printing on glass and present the process involved in leveraging this technology, including the key parameters in deciding to use digital printing, typical workflow including installation, and the characteristics of ceramic inks that make them scratch and weather resistant. All of this will be demonstrated using actual projects, some involving hundreds of individually printed panes.A demonstration of the technology will take place at a nearby glass-processing facility.We are also excited that Bernd Hoffmann of Hoffmann GTD, a long-time friend and DIP-Tech client, will be presenting a paper during the afternoon session on Sunday, June 19, on "Ceramic Digital Printing - Customizing Glass Façade Design." Bernie´s experience with DIP-Tech´s GlassJet has resulted in facades emblazoned with bold, colorful designs across Europe.
