The E-Tower is the world record holder for concrete resistance with a floor to ceiling lobby that stands at 10 metres. Inspired by the Westend Tower in Frankfurt, E-Tower’s post modern architecture makes it Sao Paolo’s 4th most modern skyscraper.

The 37-storeyed skyscraper is the 9th tallest building in this Brazilian city. The design and construction has been executed by architects Aflalo & Gasperini Arquitetos.
The original project was conceived to be taller, but due to height restrictions imposed because of the intense helicopter traffic in the area, the height was scaled back to stand at 148 m.
