Royal Randwick Racecourse Sydney

The $150 million refurbishment at Royal Randwick Racecourse is now complete and EnduroShield is proud to have been involved in the multi-million dollar upgrade.  

The iconic Randwick Racecourse is now a world-class stadium that has been benchmarked against the best venues and racecourses in the world. Offering over 15 unique indoor and outdoor spaces, the redevelopment includes a five level grandstand, a 4500 seat capacity state-of-the-art parade ring, new stables, new lounges, bars, corporate suits, a 1000 seat ballroom and accommodation.

ENDUROSHIELD APPLICATION

Included in this multi-million dollar venture is a two storey Owners and Trainers building. The 300m² event space contains a Directors' Room and Chairman's Club located directly above the winning post. EnduroShield was called upon to remove scratches caused during installation to various glass railing panels in these exclusive private rooms.

Scratches can easily occur during the installation process. The EnduroShield Glass Restoration & Scratch Removal System has been developed specifically for removal of stains and scratches on glass and tested extensively. It is proven to remove scratches with no distortion or adverse effect to the durability of the glass, at a fraction of the cost of replacement.

EnduroShield removed scratches from over 20 panels of glass railing  as part of the major upgrade, all during a fully operational Randwick Racecourse.

These elite rooms within the Royal Randwick Racecourse Owners Pavilion are no longer blemished by scratches along the railings. The restored glass now flows seamlessly through the high spec fit out, and does not hinder views to the race track and beyond to the city skyline, offering the ultimate racing experience.
