New member of JSC „Valmieras stikla škiedra” management board elected

Joint-stock company „Valmieras stikla škiedra” announces that starting with the 1^st September 2013 the board member Karl-Heinz Will voluntarily steps down from the management board.    

With the decision of extraordinary session of the Council of JSC „Valmieras stikla š?iedra” at 28^th August 2013 Dipl.-Ing. Hans-Joachim Häusler, borne in 1964, is being elected as a new member of management board. Since October 2010 is Hans-Joachim Häusler a managing director Sales & Marketing of Vitrulan Technical Textiles Ltd. Previously, since 2005, worked by Clopay Plastics as managing director Sales & Marketing Europe. The term of office for newly elected board member begins of 1^st September 2013.

Hans-Joachim Häusler doesn’t own any shares of JSC „Valmieras stikla š?iedra” at the moment.
