Mr. Franz Rhein, who startet at company Zippe Industrieanlagen GmbH in Wertheim as young engineer in 1980, will retire and leave Zippe at the end of June.
Mr. Rhein has been leading the department control construction since 1984, which got more and more important over the years due to the growing customer demands for increasingly complex and complicated controls and modernizations
Dr. Bernd-Holger Zippe, CEO of the company, complimented the trust- and successful collaboration and thanked Mr. Rhein also in the name of the entire Management Board.
Mr. Rhein's tasks were, among other things, the arrangement, coordination and optimization of a smooth production and project flow, order negotiations in Germany and abroad, constant technical development as well as target-oriented and motivating leadership. The trainees also have always been important to Mr. Rhein. So he contributed decisively to their selection and education. A high number of highly qualified personnel have been produced by his department, many of them became chamber and regional prizewinners in the profession of Electronic Technicians for Industrial Engineering.
33 years of collaboration at company Zippe Industrieanlagen are a good example for successful identification and emotional commitment to a company, says Dr. Bernd-Holger Zippe in conclusion.
Joachim Ullrich attended the college in Heilbronn where he studied the “college degree plus” program with the specialisation electrical engineering. Back then this branch of study was new and something special since it included an abbreviated apprenticeship as an energy electrician.
Mr. Ullrich started his studies on 1st August 2001 and completed this with excellent results. He absolved his college studies to become a degreed electrical engineer with exceptionally good examination results.
Afterwards he was hired by ZIPPE Industrieanlagen for the software and project planning as well as commissioning segment. In 2009 he graduated from a further work-related study program as a certified technical BBA (graduate in business administration).
Mr. Ullrich has closely worked together with Mr. Rhein for several years and will lead the department with technical know-how, enthusiasm, and a fantastic team to support him.
