In order to support product excellence, a team of highly trained industry specialists work within the Quality department to continually improve the standard of Allied's products and services, carefully ensuring that the containers and support service is consistent and reliable and truly meets customers' needs.
This integral team within Allied Glass has recently been joined by Gavin Melling and Harry Wright, who have both taken on the new role of Quality Brand Managers. With the primary objective of implementing proactive customer care programmes, both Gavin and Harry are longstanding and highly respected members of the Allied Glass team, who bring experience of quality assurance, manufacturing and development to the role.
Richard Summers, Allied's Operations Director says:
"At Allied Glass we are proud to focus strongly on our customers, these recent high profile appointments reinforcing our commitment.
