Glazing Vision has entered the BIM Arena

We are pleased to announce that we are now able to offer the ability to provide BIM Revit Rooflight Modules for all of our customers.

The move to BIM, led by Glazing Vision’s Technical Director Jeremy Dunn elevates Glazing Visions products even further in the marketplace making them even more accessible for contractors and architects to assist them earlier in the design process. Jeremy had the following to say about the announcement “We continue to grow our product range and the way that we offer them, we are delighted to be one of the first glass rooflight company to offer BIM modelling to all our clients. We have noticed an increased demand for these models, we have even noticed some appearing of our rooflights, put together by others, so we needed to act to ensure accuracy.”

Building information modeling (BIM) is a process involving the generation and management of digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of a facility. The resulting building information models become shared knowledge resources to support decision-making about a facility from earliest conceptual stages, through design and construction, through its operational life and eventual demolition.
