Eurosatory

For the third time, AGP participated in the Eurosatory exhibition - Land and Airland Defence Security, - which was held on June 16^th to 20^th in Paris, France. This is one of the largest military technology focused events in Europe. The 2012 edition featured over 1,400 exhibitors from 53 countries and around 53,000 visitors from 5 continents.

AGP participants included Johannes Klaphecke, Rene Rehner, Jürgen Olscher (AGP Europe), Klaus Steuer (Defense Asia Pacific), Arturo Mannheim and Vladimir Bocanegra (AGP Corporate). During the event the AGP team developed several new contacts and opportunities for military projects in France, Italy, Spain and other European countries, as well as with potential customers in emerging markets such as India, Middle East and South Africa. The event helped to underscore that AGP is a global leader in the supply of ballistic resistant glass for military and security applications.
