People award for NGF Canada

NGF CANADA has won the 2012 Employer of Distinction Award for a large employer, presented by its local Guelph and District Human Resources Professional Association.

The award recognizes local companies for being outstanding employers who shape organizational excellence and raise awareness of the Human Resources Profession through their organizations’ success.

After interviewing NGF staff and Union members and touring the facility, the Association commended the company for its person-centered approach and fostering environments that encourage employee health and wellness, communication, flexibility and support, resulting in an engaged workforce that has allowed the company to achieve significant success in its operational and organizational goals.
