New Development "DESC-Charger"

The DESC-Charger (Dustfree, Emmissionfree, Swivelling, Closed) is a new development that combines the advantages of our pusher-type batch chargers EVP and ECD.

The aim is to obtain an optimum batch distribution on the melting surface in order to reach quick surface glazing and melting. Further advantages are the reduction of chamber dusting and its possible installation at traditional doghouses.

Due to the hermetically sealed doghouse batch feeding by using this DESC-charger is also suitable in connection with our new developed preheater ABP®.
