A Pittsburgh company that makes glass for cars and other vehicles plans to open a new factory in northwestern North Carolina, and create 260 jobs over four years.
Pittsburgh Glass Works [Pittsburgh] will spend $85 million to renovate an existing facility in Surry County, about 150 miles northwest of Raleigh, according to an April 12 Charlotte Observer report.
