A glass truck lost its load of glass on an interstate near downtown Houston, spreading shards of glass for about 400 to 500 yards across three lanes of traffic, according to an Oct. 28 KTRK-TV report.Police reported a problem with either the frame or broken straps, causing the load of glass to shift, break and then fall out of the truck, according to the report.
