Dip-Tech Opens New North American headquarters in Rhode Island

Dip-Tech announced that it has opened a new headquarters in North Smithfield, Rhode Island that will be dedicated to North American operations. According to the announcement, this new location was a natural next step due to the significant growth of the company.

The center will provide a new level of service for customers in the region, offering technical, graphics and customer support. Placement and shipment of ink, flushing fluid and spare part orders will also be directed through the new headquarters.

“Opening this site will improve our logistics process and allow us to increase our response time to our customers,” says Alysa Hoffmeister, vice president and general manager of Dip-Tech North America. “Best of all our customer and technical support line will be available 24/7 to provide an increased level of commitment to our customers’ overall success.”

Additionally, Dip-Tech has implemented professional training programs to enrich their customers’ capabilities in design and applications so they can broaden their project offerings. The first Advanced Applications Training was held in Chicago in mid-June.
