North Americas Premier Auto Glass Association moves into its next phase of providing Independent Glass Shops the tools and solutions they need to succeed in a challenging business climate.
Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) February 16, 2012
The Independent Glass Association (IGA) announced today that it has hired Arizona-based Procuratio 360 LLC to provide management services to the organization effective February 15, 2012.
“The climate in automotive glass repair and replacement industry for independent glass retailers remains a challenge for many. The team at Procuratio 360 has the skill set and familiarity with the industry to guide our membership through the obstacles we are faced with today and those we anticipate in the future,” said Alan Epley, president of the association. “We are thankful for the work that the team at Centric Management and Consulting provided us during our operational transition,” said Rick Rosar, Auto Glass Association board member and owner of Rapid Glass.
“The association and its membership have many positive things to look forward to in the upcoming months as necessary changes are addressed and made to stabilize key issues such as inspections, steering and third-party encroachment,” said Gary Hart, CEO of Procuratio 360. “It is our goal to renovate and reinvigorate the independent automotive glass repair and replacement retailer through innovative yet proven business practices. Beyond this, the association will continue develop technology standards it launched a year ago and to support the initiatives of the Auto Glass Safety Council (formerly known as the AGRRS Council Inc.),” Hart concluded.
The Independent Glass Association will be announcing other new programs and holding its annual meeting at Auto Glass Week 2012 to be held September 20-22, 2012 at the Kentucky International Convention Center in Louisville, KY.
