Opening Rooflight

Open-Lite is a flat opening rooflight manufactured using a hybrid design of glass, timber,and aluminium. The design is 100% free of UPVC and features a glass lid with black resin border for contemporary looks. The lid fully opens for access to flat roofs using specially engineered gas struts, these make the lid glide open and hold at any angle. Available with an electric motor option for automatic ventilation, the basic product opens using a smart chrome lockable handle. Open-Lite is available ex-stock in a range of popular sizes with bespoke sizes available on longer lead times. The opening rooflight is perfect for flat roof renovation, allowing kitchen areas to have a large opening roof section, up to 2000mm x 1000mm for amazing open roof ventilation in the summer or to vent cooking odors. When closed the glass rooflight gives a low profile, neat finish that can be hidden from external sight. The aluminium box section kerb features a triple cavity that is thermally resin broken and insulated with Styrofoam. The 50mm Reflex+ glass unit is triple glazed to give amazing insulation, with a U-value = 0.6 W/m2k. Supplied fully glazed and bonded for rapid fitting the unit comes with a 20 year unit seal warranty and a 30 year life expectancy promise!
