This year's North American International Auto Show is more exciting than ever for April Wagner, owner of Epiphany Glass Studio in Pontiac.

Last October, the talented glass artist was commissioned by Lincoln to create a glass sculpture to be featured as part of its display at the 2012 auto show. The piece, comprised of orange, hand-blown glass "curls" that appear to be blowing in the wind, sits on an acrylic and steel stand, and measures 50 inches wide by 16 inches deep by 26 inches high.

Wagner started her business in Detroit back in 1994, right after graduating from the College for Creative Studies. Pieces of her artwork, which sell from around $100 to $80,000 each, are part of many corporate, public and private collections worldwide, including GM, Pfizer, Strategic Staffing Solutions, as well as Vladimir Putin, Goldie Hawn and Kate Hudson.
