Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ In the report about average prices of major construction materials on sale, 40 types of materials produced domestically and in Russian Federation, People's Republic of China, Federal Republic of Germany and in Republic of Korea are covered for August of 2008.
Comparing the prices of these forty construction materials of the end of this August with those of the previous month, the price of Mongolia-made brick M-100 decreased by 3.4 per cent, edged plank's price decreased by 12.5 per cent and the price of brick made clay M-100 produced in China decreased by 2.9 per cent, while that of without reflection window glass increased by 4.8 per cent, with reflection window glass increased by 5.6 per cent, roofing paper price increased by 7.1 per cent, slab stone for wall's price increased by 7.1 per cent, spike increased by 11.1 percent, slab stone for floor's price increased by 22.2 per cent produced in China and roofing papers produced in Russia rise to 5.1 per cent.
Against August 2007, concrete mortar M-200 increased by 3.7 per cent, iron concrete increased by 16.1 per cent, price of dry palk increased 2.1 times, brick made from "Erel" company increased 2.2 times, edged plank increased 2.2 times and plank for floor increased 2.6 times.
As of August 2008, prices of imported from Russian Federation's roofing paper increased 26.1 per cent, spike increased by 33.3 per cent, lime increased 42.9 per cent against August 2007.
In the end of August 2008, prices of imported from China metal building door increased by 8.3 per cent, oil paints increased by 36.4 per cent, linoleum increased by 40.0 per cent, wall papers increased by 50.0 per cent, spike increased by 53.8 per cent, without reflection window glass increased by 57.1 per cent, roofing paper by 66.7 per cent, with reflection window glass increased by 72.7 per cent, brick made from clay increased 2.2 times against August 2007.
