AGC Opens New Fabrication Facility in Atlanta

AGC Glass Company North Americaannounced the grand opening ofits new Southeast fabrication facility. Located in Atlanta,the facility will have dedicated insulating glass lines to serve both commercial and residential markets, a CNC machine for heavy glass fabrication, and additional tempering capacity—with oversized tempering capabilities unique to the Southeast region, according to a release.Additionally, AGC is expanding its production of Pyrobel fire-rated glass into this facility to better serve customers in the Southeast.

"This facility is a testament to our passion for customer service and our commitment to the North American market, as we continue to grow and serve a wider customer base,"said Terrie Sommers,vice president, AGC Fabricated Products, in the release.
