NinivePetrocelli, 39,founder of Cristol Inc., which specializes in architectural glass and mirror installations, died the morning of August 11 when she reportedly felloff the stern of a 45-foot yacht that she and her husband had anchored some two miles northeast of Montauk, N.Y., according to a report in The New York Times.
