Dip-Tech Opens North American Headquarters

Dip-Tech Digital Printing Technologies Ltd. opened a new headquarters in North Smithfield, R.I., dedicated to North American operations. The center will provide a new level of service for customers in the region, offering technical, graphics and customer support, according to a Dip-Tech press release. Placement and shipment of ink, flushing fluid, and spare part orders will also be directed through the new headquarters. "Opening this site will improve our logistics process and allow us to increase our response time to our customers," said Alysa Hoffmeister, VP and general manager of Dip-Tech North America, in the release. "Our customer and technical support line will be available 24/7 to provide an increased level of commitment to our customers' overall success."
