YKK AP America Appoints Steve Schohan as Marketing & Communications Manager

YKK AP America Inc. appointed Steve Schohan as marketing and communications manager. In his new role, Schohan will develop marketing and promotion strategies, as well as lead research efforts on emerging markets and trends, with an emphasis on driving industry product evolution and innovation, according to a YKK AP press release. Schohanbrings more than 25 years of experience in the retail, construction, home improvement and consumer products industries. Prior to joining YKK AP America, he served as the VP of QEP, a specialty tools and flooring products manufacturing, marketing and distribution company, and worked with DOW Chemical Company for more than 14 years, according to the release. “Steve brings a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in the marketing and communications field,” said Mike Turner, VP of marketing, YKK AP America, in the release. “His background in business and product analysis make him a welcome addition to the YKK AP America team.”
