Hugo Tapia of Windsor, Calif., was killed by falling sheets of glass while working at Thermalsun Glass Products Friday morning, according to an April 20 article from North Bay News.
Preliminary reports indicate Tapia and two other workers were moving an A-frame rack on rollers that contained seven 100-pound sheets of glass, according to the report.Sheriff's Lieutenant Tim Duke said in the report that during the movement of the glass sheets, the A-frame tipped "causing the glass sheets to dislodge and topple."
