Vitro announced that its board of directors has appointed Adrián Sada Cueva as CEO, replacing Hugo Lara García, who is retiring. Prior to this appointment,Sada Cueva was president of Vitro's Glass Container Division. He has 15 years' experience with the company, also serving as VP of operations and administration for the division, as well as financial officer. In 2008 and part of 2009, he led Vitro’s Internal Restructuring Division, and from 2006 to 2008, he was VP of Vitro Automotive. Before that, he was VP of Vitro Cristalglass and held several positions in the flat glass business unit.
