Sound Glass celebrates 30th anniversary

Sound Glass, Lakewood, Wash., will celebrate its 30th year in business at an upcoming city council meeting, according to a release. Since opening its doors in 1983, the company has grown to include two additional locations in Tacoma and Bremerton, Wash., employing a total of more than 60 employees across its three facilities.

Looking ahead to 2013, Warren Willoughby, president, anticipates increased business, particularly in the commercial market, due to military base contracts. This January was the contract glazier's largest month on record, according to officials.
