Friedman completes acquisition of Albat & Wirsam Software GmbH

Constellation Software Inc.announced, February 4, that it has completed the purchase of Albat+Wirsam Software GmbH, acting through its Friedman Operating Group subsidiary. Headquartered in Linden, Germany, A+W develops and markets ERP, production planning and scheduling, and optimization software solutions for the glass, window, door and curtain-wall industries. Going forward, A+W will operate as an independent division of Friedman, and will continue to develop, enhance, and market its software solutions worldwide, according to a release.
