Richard Balik, Ron Vance assume key leadership roles at GGI

GGIannounced the promotions of two executives to top leadership positions. Richard Balik, co-owner, has been named executive vice president, and Ron Vance has been named CFO.

Formerly senior VP of Sales, Balik broadens his responsibilities for all commercial business, including architectural and picture frame glass, overseas development and sales operations. Vance, a 25-year veteran of GGI, advances from his role of Senior VP of Finance and Administration to the role of CFO.

"Richard and Ron will focus on both daily operations and GGI’s future plans," said David Balik, CEO, in a release. "Richard and I are pleased that our family business has successfully diversified during the past century, and we look forward to continued growth.”
