Vy Creative Group acquires Flexeshower

In order to further expand its software applications for the glass industry,Vy Creative Group, Oxnard, Calif.,has acquired Australian software company, Flexeshower. Vy Creative Group will initially offer software for shower enclosures, with programs for other glass component systems to follow, according to a Sept. 6 release.

The Flexeshower management and development teams will work closely with Vy Creative Group and will continue to play an integral role in the development of its software products, according to the release.
