Court orders dismissal of Glasslam lawsuit against Edgetech

U.S. District Judge Kenneth A Marra ordered the dismissal of the Nebula Glass International d/b/a Glasslam lawsuit against Edgetech I.G., according to July 17 court documents. The order followed a stipulation of dismissal filed July 16. In the stipulation of dismissal, attorneys representing both parties called to dismiss the case "with prejudice with each party to bear its own fees and costs," according to court documents.

The suit, filed in March 2011, had alleged that Edgetech committed violations of the Sherman Antitrust Act, the Clayton Antitrust Act, Florida anti-trust statutory provisions, defamation, violation of the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, and breach of contract.
