Judge Carol A. Doyle approved the sale of certain assets of Trainor Glass' modular wall business in Farmers Branch, Texas, toEnvironamics Inc., aninterior construction and movable wall system supplier based in Charlotte, N.C.,according to court documents filed August 21.

According to court documents, the purchase price is $800,000.
