Latrisha Riedling, 43, the former chief financial officer of Glassworks and Architectural Glass Art,was sentenced to 10 years in prison for embezzling $726,907 from the two companies, according to an Aug. 1 courier-journal.com report.
Court records showed that from April 2005 to June 2011, the companies earned more than $700,000 — most of it in cash — yet Riedling deposited only $8,000 into their bank. Riedling's theivery forcedKenneth von Roenn and his daughter Page to sell Glassworks last year, according to the article.
