Project news: Distinctive "green" glass tower to rise by Bryant Park

An ultra-modern boutique office building in New York City called 7 Bryant Park just received financing and is scheduled to begin construction later this year, according to an NY1 News report. The 28-story, 470,000-square-foot, glass and steel building will have a unique hourglass look, designed by Pei Cobb Freed & Partners.
