Project news: Cubes of blue glass enclose Manhattan Beach home

Designers of the Ettley home in Manhattan Beach, Calif., looked to glass to create a striking exterior and interior, according to a June 21 feature from Easy Reader News. The exterior fa?ade features cubes of blue tinted glass, and the interior includes glass partitions and a glass central staircase.

"I wanted to really stretch the limits of utilizing glass on a residential scale...in a way that hadn't been done before," architect Patrick Killen said in the article.
