The strategic alliance between AGC Glass Europe and Interpane is under review by the European Commission. In December, the companies announced an agreement under which AGC would acquire 51 percent of Interpane.
According to a May 25 Reuters report, the AGC/Interpane merger is in final stage review by the European Commission, with a deadline of May 29.
