Lawsuit filed against Top 50 Glazier CBO Glass

The International Painters and Allied Trades Industry Pension Fund filed suit against CBO Glass in the United States District Court for the District of Maryland Northern Division, March 30, claiming the contract glazier has "failed to pay amounts due under the Labor Contracts, Trust Agreements and Plan from May 2011 to February 2012 in at least the sum of $472,813.83."

CBO Glass ranked no. 15 on Glass Magazine's 2011 Top 50 Glaziers list, with annual sales of between $30 million and $40 million.

At press time, CBO Glass officials had not responded to requests for comment.
