Liston
Mark Dawson has resigned as president of Glass Doctor to pursue other ventures, according to an announcement on the company website. Mark Liston, vice president at Glass Doctor for the past two years, will succeed him.
“I’m so excited to be a president of one of The Dwyer Group companies,” Liston said, in the announcement. “I’m fortunate to follow in Mark Dawson’s footsteps, work with great franchisees and have a support team second to none.”
With more than 30 years of franchising management experience, Liston also worked for Clockwork Home Services as vice president of sales and marketing, and at Valpak, as director of new franchise development. He serves as chairman on the Board of Governors for the International Franchise Association’s Institute of Certified Franchise Executives program and is a member of the Board of Trustees for IFA’s Educational Foundation.
“I couldn’t think of another person that is better suited to lead this great company,” Dawson said in the announcement. “I know he will be received with open arms and will continue to lead Glass Doctor down the path of success.”
