Cleer Vision Windows acquires Santelli Tempered Glass Elkhart LLC

Officials of Cleer Vision Windows Inc. announced, Dec. 5, the acquisition of Santelli Tempered Glass Elkhart, LLC. Initially an investment partner, Cleer Vision now wholly owns the company, which will operate under the name Cleer Vision Tempered Glass, LLC.

"This acquisition made sense for us on many levels. We plan to continue the growth that has come not only in supporting our rapidly expanding window business but also diversifying into other markets both locally and outside the area," said Rick Collins, president, Cleer Vision, in a release.
