Architectural Testing, Inc. purchases Hurricane Test Laboratory, LLC

Architectural Testing Inc. and Hurricane Test Laboratory have joined forces under the Architectural Testing name to offer global fenestration and building product testing, as well as building science and certification services, according to an Oct. 10 joint press release.

Employing approximately 300 professionals, Architectural Testing has more than 20 state-of-the-art testing facilities and regional offices. As part of the Architectural Testing/HTL merger, Vinu Abrahamwill jointhe Architectural Testing team as vice president, Southeast Region. He hasmore than20 years of global expertise and technical knowledge in a wide range of product disciplines and performance testing services such as air-water-structural, blast, thermal and more, according to the release.

"Architectural Testing purchased HTL to combine complementary testing portfolios well-suited to compete in today's growing building products testing market.
