A battle between owner MGM Resort and contractor Perini Building Co. has left the fate of the Las Vegas CityCenter's infamous Harmon Tower uncertain, according to a Sept. 23 article from Fox Business. MGM is pushing to demolish the building, due to safety concerns. Officials from Perini claim the tower's structural problems can be repaired.
