AAMA Fall Conference to feature U.S. economic outlook, monitoring of state and national legislation

Registration is open for the American Architectural Manufacturers Association's 2011 Fall Conference, to be held Sept. 25-28 at the JW Marriott Desert Springs in Palm Desert, Calif. The event will include a range of educational sessions and updates on various AAMA programs.

This year's keynote speaker, Dr. Esmael Adibi, director of the A. Gary Anderson Center for Economic Research and Anderson Chair of Economic Analysis at Chapman University, will provide an update on the European debt crisis, the turmoil in the Middle East and North Africa, and the federal and state budget deficits that are negatively impacting the current weak economic recovery. Dr. Adibi will discuss the current state of the national economy and present the forecast for 2011-12, according to a AAMA officials.

The fall conference also will feature a Supplier Product Display and Reception, where members will display new products and services.
