Stylmark appoints Cathi Bullis CFO

Stylmark, Inc. recently announced the promotion of Cathi Bullis to chief financial officer, responsible for leading Stylmark's financial and information technology initiatives. In addition to her new role as CFO,she will also join Stylmark's board of directors as the first female director in company history.

Bullis has more than18 years of accounting and financial experience in a variety of manufacturing industries. She has held accounting and analysis positions for companies such as Value Rx and Stone Container Corp. In 1999,Bullis started at Stylmark as a business analyst and became controller in 2005.
