A pedestrian suffered injuries to her hand after glass fell from a balcony on the south tower of the 37 Grosvenor St. condo in Toronto, according to an Aug. 15 article from CityNews Toronto. Glass has fallen from the building’s north tower, 37 Grosvenor St., as many as eight times in recent months, according to the article.
"The installer is one of the most reputable and prominent balcony railing installers in the city of Toronto...He's on site now and he's investigating and he'll have a report back to advise on his findings," said a man, who didn't provide his name but spoke to CityNews Toronto reporters at the site on behalf of the developer, Lanterra Developments.
