Basco Shower Enclosures names new customer service director

Basco Shower Enclosures announced the addition of David McCullar to its customer service team, as customer service director.

Based in Cincinnati, Ohio,he will report to Don Gamble, Basco's executive vice president of sales and marketing.McCullar has more than18 years of customer service management experience, with expertise in retail, publishing, manufacturing and logistics/transportation.In addition, he has a Green Belt Certification from Divinity Partners.
