DuPont Glass Laminating Solutions announces price increase

Responding to recent sharp increases in transportation and raw material costs, DuPont Glass Laminating Solutions announced a 5-8 percent increase on its pricing for the following products: DuPont Butacite and Butacite G PVB interlayer, DuPont PV5200 Series photovoltaic encapsulants, DuPont SentryGlas ionoplast sheet, DuPont Spallshield composite sheet, and "The Wedge" shaped PVB interlayer products. These increases are effective for shipments made on or after August 1, 2011,and will be applied globally or as contracts allow, according to a June 20 company release.
