Tim Nass presenting “Code Considerations in Fire Rated Glass” by Safti First
Safti First, San Francisco, hosted its second Architectural Glazing Summit on June 2 in New York City. About 80 architects and specifiers attended the half-day educational conference to learn about advances in glazing technology and design. Safti First, Wausau Window and Wall Systems, W&W Glass LLC and Firestone/UNA-CLAD each presented an AIA-registered program at this event, giving attendees the opportunity to earn multiple learning credits. The presenting companies and also Schott North America had tabletop displays with additional information for attendees.
Topics included code considerations in fire-rated glass, structural glazing innovations, window selection and sustainability, and metal panel systems. Click here for more detailed information on the presentations.
