GPD organizers announce keynote and opening speakers

Organizers of Glass Performance Days 2011, to be held June 17-20 in Tampere, Finland, announced the event's keynote and opening speakers. U.S. Ambassador to Finland Bruce Oreck will be the keynote speaker, giving a presentation titled, "Glass in the Built Environment."The opening speakers for the event will be Russell Ebeid, president of the Guardian Flat Glass Group; Ralf Christian, CEO of the Siemens AG Energy Sector; and Claus Mertes of P?yry Energy GmbH.
