GANA, IGMA to offer joint Webinar

The Glass Association of North America, Topeka, Kan.,and the Insulating Glass Manufacturers Alliance, Ottawa, ON, will offer a free Webinar, Fatalities and Injuries During Flat Glass Handling, at 3 p.m. EST on March 9.The Webinar will look at possible tragic results from the mishandling of flat glass in a manufacturing or fabrication facility, according to a March 1 release.

Mike Burk, manager of workplace, Learning & Performance, Edgetech IG, Cambridge, Ohio, will present the Webinar. He has worked in technical service and training in the insulating glass industry for more than 19 years, and has served as a member of the Technical Service Committee and as chairman of Education Committee at IGMA.He holds a master’s in Adult Leaning and Development from Cleveland State University and a bachelor’s in business from Myers College in Cleveland.
