Quanex adds new personnel

Officials of Quanex Building Products Corp., Houston, made several personnel announcements.

Andrea North has been hired as product marketing manager, Fenestration Components. North hasmore than10 years of product and customerexperience, having served as quality manager and product manager for Homeshield. Most recently, she held the position of operations manager at the Homeshield plant in Dubuque, Iowa. She will report to Richard Anton, Quanex marketing director.

Andrew Behrend has joined the company as sales representative. He has more than 24 years of sales experience, having worked for the past seven years at Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors, Klamath Falls, Ore.

Laslty, Tracy Earnhartjoined the company'sEngineered Products Group as product marketing specialist, Insulating Glass Systems. Prior to joining Quanex, she worked for Refrigeration Sales Corp. as a marketing manager, a marketing communications team leader and an inside sales coordinator.
